Lizbeth Santoyo is a senior at RCHS who is an incoming staff reporter for the school’s news insight, The Cat’s Eye. Santoyo is most eager to dive into the topics along Arts and Entertainment. She enjoys her free time in theatre-related extracurriculars and Creative Writing Club. Outside of school, Santoyo binges on cartoons and movies.
